Klickers was born from the frustration of my son's laces frequently untying. I offered velcro - not cool. I would double knot my son’s shoes - too difficult to untie. After much consideration to the problem, I concluded the principle of the bow knot and its grip was essentially due to friction: applying more pressure on the knot, should increase the strength of the knot. It's everyone's problem that I would like to solve.
